SHIPPING & RETURNS

In order to be environmentally conscious, the majority of our products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive your order, manufacture it, and ship it. We will email you tracking info once your order is packed.

We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of the delivery date and if the item is returned in perfect, new condition and in its original packaging.

For returns and exchanges, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund since everything is made to order. You will also be responsible for $7 return shipping. You will automatically receive your refund once we receive/process your return.

However, if you receive the incorrect item, or the item is damaged, please reach out to us at info@fieldwork.gallery. We will absolutely make it right and make sure you are happy!
