RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

AT THIS TIME, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING EXCHANGES OR RETURNS DUE TO SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES CAUSED BY THE RECENT TARIFFS. WE HOPE TO OFFER THEM AGAIN SOON. THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. We do our best to ship all packages within 3 weeks. In the event that your order has not shipped within 3 weeks, you may reach out to us for a cancellation.

SHIPPING INFO
In order to be environmentally conscious, the majority of our products are made to order. Please allow 3 weeks for us to receive your order, manufacture it, and ship it. We will email you tracking info once your order is packed. FIELDWORK is not responsible for packages lost in delivery by UPS or USPS.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of the delivery date and if the item is returned in perfect, new condition and in its original packaging.

For returns and exchanges, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund since everything is made to order. You will also be responsible for $7 return shipping. You will automatically receive your refund once we receive/process your return.

However, if you receive the incorrect item, or the item is damaged, please reach out to us at info@fieldwork.gallery. We will absolutely make it right and make sure you are happy!
