If you aren't happy with a product, you can return it within 14 days as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging for STORE CREDIT. Return shipping fee ($8) will simply be deducted from your credit.
Please go to our self-serve return portal HERE (https://account.fieldwork.gallery) to submit your return and we will email you a return shipping label.
Make sure to include brief feedback on why the item didn't work for you so we can improve our products. Please reach out to us at info@fieldwork.gallery with any other questions.
Ready to ship items ship within the week of purchase (2-5 days).
For pre-order items, allow 3 weeks for us to receive your order, manufacture it, and ship it. We will email you tracking info once your order is packed. Please read item description for specific details. FIELDWORK is not responsible for packages lost in delivery by UPS or USPS.

We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. However, in the event that your order has not shipped within 3 weeks, you may reach out to us for a cancellation, for a full cash refund.
